Skip to content You are entitled to cancel your order before dispatch without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by e-mailing us at gharse.store@gmail.com
We will reimburse you no later than 5-7 working days from the day of cancellation request received. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
In case of incorrect order delivered, we will dispatch the correct product within 2 business days of receiving the original product at Gharse.Store, to be sent by respective customer.
Note: the intimation of incorrect product delivery has to be within 48 hours of product delivered to the registered customer for the return to take place. Any further delay will void Gharse.Store’s responsibility to consider return of the product or the liability to replace the product delivered, even if not correct product delivered. Also, the product should be in the same condition as delivered and not opened or used in anyway.
